92.7 KISS FM Official Contest Rules
1. Only one (1) winner per household, per contest, every forty-five (45) business days. With all cash giveaways you can only win once during the duration of the contest.
2. Only one entry per contest.
3. All prizes must be picked up between 9 am & 5 pm, Monday - Friday, at the 92.7 KISS FM studios, 1928 Arlington Blvd, Suite 312, Charlottesville, VA. No prizes are given out on the weekends or holidays.
4. All prizes must be picked up within ten (10) business days from the date won. Prizes will not be released after that date!
5. Winners must sign a release form and provide proper identification including Social Security number for any cash prizes or prized valued over $100. Winners must also sign a pick up sheet beofre receiving their prize.
6. The ruling of the contest judges is final.
7. Station may at its discretion, substitute prize with item of equal or greater value.
8. Prizes offered by 92.7 KISS FM do not include taxes or gratuities, which, where applicable must be paid by the winner of the prize.
9. No purchase is necessary to win any contest on 92.7 KISS FM (WUVA), nor will a purchase increase the odds of winning any contest.
10. 92.7 KISS FM (WUVA) is not responsible for any prize or certificate that is lost in the mail.
11. All prizes are subject to the expiration date(s) and general limitations set by the sponsor providing the prize. 92.7 KISS FM (WUVA) is not responsible for such limitations.
12. All contests may be postponed or cancelled due to special programming or time constraints. Contest may be changed without prior notice.
13. Employees of 92.7 KISS FM (WUVA), sponsors of each contest and employees of other media outlets and their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win prizes in any 92.7 KISS FM (WUVA) contest.
14. Some contests may be games of skill, knowledge, luck or a combination of the three.
15. On-line winners will be notified via email at the email address used to enter the contest. 92.7 KISS FM (WUVA) is not responsible for undeliverable email.
16. All calls received by 293-KISS (5477) and electronic messages become the property of 92.7 KISS FM (WUVA) and may be used on the air.
