Charlottesville "All In" Rally "All in for Virginia" was the theme of a last-minute get-out-the-vote rally on November 2nd at the Democratic Coordinated Campaign Office in Downtown Charlottesville. The full slate of local and state Democratic candidates gathered to boost morale and encourage everyone to vote in their final push into Election Day.
